So many people have Family Trusts that are worth nothing!
Why?
They haven’t yet transferred their movable assets and investments to a TTS Family Trust. As a result, their assets remain unprotected against hostile creditors, challenging divorces, and complications in deceased estates. This lack of protection means the family risks losing everything at any moment.
Yes, bad things don’t just happen to bad people. Good people can also face sequestration or pass away unexpectedly!
