The BEST WAY to avoid Property Hijackers

The BEST WAY to avoid Property Hijackers

I read in the BUSINESSTECH of 18 August 2024 that property hijacking in Gauteng is rapidly increasing. The hijacked properties include commercial properties and residences.

Allegedly, the high jacking syndicates have corrupt people in the Deeds Office who are forging false change-of-ownership documents for them.

We, the Wealth Masters Club, with our Specialised TTS Trusts, own thousands of houses and townhouses in security estates and complexes across South Africa.

Not one of our houses has ever been hijacked – not even in Pretoria or Johannesburg, where most hijacks occur, according to BUSINESSTECH.

Why are the properties of the Wealth Mastery members not hijacked?

I think it is because of the following reasons:

1. Our TTS Trusts and Property Ownership Resolutions are filed, regulated and registered not only at the Deeds Office, but also with the High Courts of South Africa. The Judiciary is independent of the government, while the Deeds Office is controlled and regulated by the government! It is a lot more challenging to find corrupt employees at the Supreme Court than it is to find them at the government!

2. Secondly, most of the properties of our Wealth Masters are in top security estates or complexes where access control, patrolling security guards, Body Corporates, and Homeowners Associations make it very difficult for hijackers to operate.

3. Thirdly, since we, the Wealth Masters Club Members, make money with the bank’s money, we have Destinata-type mortgages on about all of them. It will be tough to hijack a bank-bonded property successfully since the banks have “unlimited” funds to fight them in court – the same court with a supreme duty to protect the assets of Trusts, of which they are the official protectors!

The power of the Wealth Mastery System is getting bigger and better every year!
