How Landlords Should Handle Interest Rate Hikes

How Landlords Should Handle Interest Rate Hikes

When the interest rate goes up, some buy-to-let investors panic.

If you followed my advice of many years ago, it wouldn’t have been a problem. Why? Because the lease agreement with your tenant would’ve made provision for a rent increase similar to the interest rate increase!

If you don’t have such a clause in your lease agreement, you can add it with an addendum – but you have to do it the right way so as not to annoy your tenant.

At the next full day “Make Money with Property” seminar, you’ll get the exact wording and process to be used for both the Lease Agreement and/or the Addendum to it.

Seats are limited, so book yours NOW!

See you at the Seminar!
