ANOTHER VICTIM

READ AND LEARN<

“Hi everyone, looking for some advice please. <

My sister’s husband passed away and she is the sole beneficiary of his estate. They have 3 kids together and whilst they are no longer minors, they are still reliant on her as they are studying. <

He made no provisions unfortunately so there is no life policy or insurance payouts to cover anything, and he was the main breadwinner. <

The challenge is that he had a cc business (where he was the sole proprietor).<

The business is a ‘hungry bird’ and we have no skills in running it so it is just chowing through money. No one can guide us on how to close this business? <

There is a R400k overdraft on the business that we know we will have to settle (not certain where we will find that money as there is no money in the estate) and there are suppliers who are owed money (approx R300k worth) along with staff that would probably need a retrenchment package. So, it looks like liquidation is the only way to go. <

Everyone keeps saying we can’t liquidate as ‘it’s too expensive’. How in heavens name do we get this burden off my sister? Do I just put a lock on the door and walk away? EVERYONE wants either exorbitant amount of money to even talk to us or otherwise they are skelms and want to rob her. <

There is no money in this estate. <

Where do we turn. – feeling sad.”<

Unfortunately, they are not on the Wealth Mastery System!<

If they were, all these losses and suffering would have been prevented!<
