Ruling from the Grave

Ruling from the Grave

A common question I often get from our members is how to ensure that the assets they leave their children after passing away will be appropriately managed by them for the equal benefit of all of them. They want to know what clauses they can put in their Family Trust to ensure it is done according to their wishes after they pass.

While you can’t rule from the grave, there are certain things you can do.

Make sure your children understand our Wealth Mastery System, that TTS is your Independent Trustee and that you have filed your “Letter of Wishes” with them. To the best of their ability, TTS can then ensure that your heirs are aware of your wishes and understand your reasoning behind them.

However, if your children are the Trustees after you and your spouse die, they can act as they wish, but in terms of the Trust Law and the unique wording of our TTS Trust Deeds, they will have to agree with each other and act together. It’s the law. So, if there is a loose cannon amongst them, the level-headed siblings can ensure your wishes are respected. At the very least, they can prevent the ‘odd one out’ from going against your wishes for the Trust if they disagree with their actions or decisions.

This is much more than what a Last Will & Testament could ever achieve!

If you still don’t have a TTS Family Trust, book your seat NOW for our next seminar, where the pros and cons are explained in more detail.
