Last month, I was shocked to read in the DAILY INVESTOR (28 May 2024) that two more of South Africa’s supposedly top economists are probably tenants.

Like a famous property economist many years ago, I read that two other “famous” financial advisor economists also declared that people should not buy property but rather rent.

Surely, they must also be tenants if they practice what they preach, which I assume from such esteemed financial advisors?

As we, the Wealth Masters Club, own thousands of houses in South Africa, they could be renting from us! How about that?

It gives our OPM principle new meaning. We make money with Other People’s Money, meaning the banks, who buy the houses for us, and the tenants who pay the banks for us.

We could brag and say we are making money with the money of three of SA’s top economists, but let’s not. We should rather be humble and thankful that we don’t have to take financial advice from our tenants. Thank you, Lord! 🙏🙏🙏

If you’re still taking financial advice from tenants, it’s time to open your eyes.
